How does Pet Pass work?

Join → Subscribe to Pet Pass (monthly or yearly).
Browse → Explore partner offers on our website.
Redeem → Show your Pet Pass code in-store or use it online.

How much does Pet Pass cost?

Monthly: AED 29
Yearly: AED 290

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Yearly plans: Cancel anytime, but no refunds for the unused period (membership remains active until expiry).

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds once a membership cycle has started

How do I redeem an offer?

Each offer includes clear redemption instructions. Depending on the partner, you may:

Once you activate an offer you will receive an email with a unique code
Enter a fixed code online at checkout.
Tap Activate Offer to generate a unique code and show it to the partner.
Show your Pet Pass confirmation email in-store or while booking via WhatsApp/social media.

Can I use an offer more than once?

Some offers are one-time use per day (like grooming).
Others can be used every visit (like recurring discounts at stores).
Each offer card clearly lists the rules

What happens if a partner does not honor the discount?

We take this seriously. If you face any issue, contact us immediately. We’ll liaise with the partner to resolve it quickly.
